Perfect for the balcony, terrace or to take away. The new Ceramic grill model ICON of Monolith is a more compact version of the classic Junior. Slightly lower than Junior, it weighs 35 kg and is as versatile as its big brothers Monolith Classic, Monolith Junior and Monolith LeChef:

• Cooking

• withering

Indirect grilling is also possible with the Monolith ICON possible – with deflector stones, large pieces of meat can also be used low temperatures during a longer time cooked .

The special thing about the little all-rounder:

• With the removable lid, you can use the ICON as a table grill or with a steel fire plate.

• A drip tray can be attached to the fire bowl for greasy and burnt food.

• Works like a kind of plancha or Teppan grill with different temperature zones.

• When the plate is directly over the embers, the heat is very strong, at the edges it's a little lower, meaning you're searing in the center and shifting to the edges for cooking and keeping warm.
